"Dorvin and Betty Leis"

Dorvin and Betty have lived on Maui most of their adult lives. They are prominent in the Hawaiian
construction industry, aviation and in philanthropic endeavors. They live on the water a block from
 my studio where they sat numerous times and where this painting originated. They are a most
delightful couple. They celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in October 2008.
